We KNEW it was only a matter of time. A Connecticut lawyer Irving Pinsky, is requesting permission to sue the state over the Sandy Hook school shooting, saying his 6-year-old client was left with emotional and psychological trauma because authorities failed to make a safe setting at the school. He is seeking $100 million in damages on behalf of his client, a survivor of the shooting identified only as Jill Doe.
The girl was at the elementary school during the attack and heard everything including gunfire, screaming and conversations over the intercom, Pinsky wrote in his Thursday letter to the state claims commissioner
“As a consequence, the ... child has sustained emotional and psychological trauma and injury, the nature and extent of which are yet to be determined,”
Next thing you know he'll be making claims
like, "It's not about the money". After all the talk of healing the
community and searching for answers we now have to drag everyone into the court
room for this outrageous law suit. Wasn't it William Shakespeare that wrote,
Just saying...
